Every resident was mailed a letter from the agents in early September informing them of a change in our security service. As of September 15th, 2005, Midwest Protection Specialist no longer is providing security service to Parkview.
After interviewing two companies (Blair Security was the other contender) the agents made the decision to contract with HiTech Security Inc. on an annual basis. The following information was provided to the agents regarding the structure and organization of HiTech and their experience in the protection of neighborhood’s like Parkview was instrumental in our decision. ------------------- Statement from HiTech: “Hi-Tech Security has been the leader in residential neighborhood patrols and the business and tax district security industry for more than 15 years. We are the first security agency to provide security service for special taxing districts throughout the City of St. Louis and continue to have the most experience in this very specialized area of the security business. Our services include uniformed security officers (armed and unarmed), security/police mobile patrols, investigations, and implementation and review of security plans for private businesses and neighborhoods. Hi-Tech Security has the ability to install, view, and archive video surveillance equipment at our office. Our unique approach to security is one of a partnership between the client and ourselves. We concentrate on high personnel standards and supervisory training to obtain maximum results at realistic and livable pricing. Our management team includes command rank officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department employed as consultants and supervisors. This process combines both the private and public law enforcement officers' professional expertise resulting in very effective security techniques. |
